When you're the first at anything, as the Z32 was in elevating the affordable sports car into the realm of the exotics, everybody will aim for you. If they can't beat you, what's the point? like one of Road & Track's editors said: "The Z will continue to shine long after others lose their lustre." Hell, I'd rather have a 240Z any day over a Poopra, and I'd even take one over a Z32 if the Z32 weren't so damn gorgeous and have many of the qualities (in 90s form) that the 240 had in the 70s.
